HP - if I install Windows 11 with a non-compatible processor, will that invalidate my support for all my products? Microsoft - are you working on a release of Windows 11 that is compatible with 6th Intel processors, or is that it? HP - are you actively talking to Intel to resolve this situation, if so what is the situation and what can we expect?

So, what on earth is all this nonsense that series 6 Intel processors are not compatible with Windows 11? My wife's PC (my old one) has an ancient 10yr old dual core processor and is compatible, but my carefully researched, expensive, 5yr old HP PC is now resigned to the bin?! Yes I know that you can download the ISO and get round the compatibility checks, but that's a clean install and not everyone is going to want or be able to do that? So this begs the following questions: But then why should I, I'm running an industry standard HP Pavilion with an industry standard Intel i7 processor.
